By using the keep! app you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
keep! is a personal iOS app for organizing parts of your daily life. Data is stored locally on your device and is not sent to any external server.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the app for any lawful personal purpose. You may not:
- Attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities or reverse-engineer the app with harmful intent.
- Redistribute modified copies of the app.
- Use the app in any way that violates the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Data responsibility
Because your data is stored only on your device, you are solely responsible for:
- Keeping regular backups.
- Protecting your device and not sharing your PIN.
- Restoring data when losing your device or reinstalling the app.
We cannot recover your data — because we don't have it.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". Although we care deeply about quality, we make no warranty that it is free of errors or fit for any particular purpose. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
5. Zakat calculator and Shariah information
The zakat calculator is a reference tool only. For any serious financial-Shariah matter, please consult a qualified scholar. We are not responsible for decisions based on the app's calculations.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. Your data is fully erased when the app is deleted.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
